These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the trading platform, websites, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by EBIT Global s.r.o., Identification Number 22402055, with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Prague 5 - Stodůlky, Czech Republic ("EBIT EU", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Part B (Privacy Policy).
EBIT EU provides access to financial and/or trading-related services subject to applicable regulatory requirements. EBIT EU does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice unless expressly stated.
Access to Services requires account registration and successful completion of identity verification, KYC, and AML/CFT procedures. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
EBIT EU may monitor Platform activity and suspend, restrict, or terminate access where required by law, regulation, or risk management considerations.
Applicable fees will be disclosed on the Platform. You authorise deduction of fees where permitted by law.
Trading involves significant risk and may result in loss of capital. You acknowledge sole responsibility for assessing suitability.
All Platform content and intellectual property are owned by or licensed to EBIT EU.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBIT EU shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
EBIT EU may suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with law and regulatory obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law.
EBIT EU acts as the data controller for Personal Data processed in connection with the Platform.

We process Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the basis of contractual necessity, legal obligations (including AML/KYC), legitimate interests, and consent where required.
Personal Data may be shared with regulated service providers, financial institutions, authorities, and professional advisers, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are applied.
